The Free Locking Bottom Knives in sizes 60x40x6/4.5mm, 75x60x15/13mm, 77x45x10/8mm, 77x45x10/9mm, 80x60x10/8mm, 80x60x5/3.5mm, 80x60x7/5mm, 90x72x10/8mm, 105x90x9/7mm, 105x80x10/8mm, 105×90(H6)x10/8mm, 105x90x10/7.5mm, 105x90x10/8mm, 105x90x10/8mm (5°), 105x90x7/5mm, 105x90x8/6mm, 124x100x10/8mm, 150x120x10/8mm are applied on cutters, label inspection tables, and rewinding machines suitable for cutting numerous materials such as plastic and metallic films, tape and adhesive materials, labels, tissue/fabric, paper and cardboard, rubber, flexible and adhesive laminates, as well as Non-Woven Fabric.
The Free Locking Bottom Knives are mounted on the lower shaft and, together with conical knives and mechanical and pneumatic knife holders mounted on the upper part, form the so-called scissor cutting system. Conical knives and mechanical and pneumatic knife holders are also produced by us.
The Free Locking Bottom Knives undergo a hardening process. This treatment changes the internal structure of the steel, allowing the knife to maintain consistent hardness throughout its entire body.
Moreover, the Free Locking Bottom Knives can be re-sharpened multiple times. This operation optimizes cutting performance and precision. It is a process that restores the cutting edge, thereby extending the tool’s lifespan. Re-sharpening represents a sustainable solution since it allows the knife to be regenerated, reducing the environmental impact associated with manufacturing new knives.
