Core Cutting Knives Bevels 20mm with dimensions 120x40x2mm and 2 bevels of 20mm are made of high-speed steel (HSS). Upon specific customer request, we can also produce them in other types of steel, such as 12% high-chrome steel (K100). Alternatively, by providing a detailed technical drawing or a sample, we can manufacture custom-made products.
These knives are available with bevels ranging from 10 to 25 mm in length. The chosen length depends on the thickness of the material to be cut: longer bevels facilitate blade insertion and can improve cutting quality. Their design allows for high-speed operation, reducing dust production and ensuring precise, clean, and high-quality cuts.
The cutting angle can be sharpened from 20° to 30°.
Core Cutting Knives Bevels 20mm are mounted on converting machines and are ideal for cutting materials such as sponge, rubber, flexible laminates, plastic films, and non-woven fabrics. They are particularly suitable for cutting tubes and cardboard cores.
